Printer’s Tea

Posted byJulia Ferrari July 22, 2026September 5, 2026
Printer's Tea herbs

Mint, lemon balm, shiso, ground ivy, and periwinkle.

Basket of herbs for Printer's Tea.

With summer at its midsummer’s bounty, I pick lemon balm and mint, with a few lesser known herbs such as red shiso (perilla) and then add those that made me name it “printer’s tea”…

Herbs: mint, lemon balm, perilla, ground ivy & periwinkle.

…which if you come to join us we can make together. I serve it iced.
